Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
